Meet Dek & Jule, the faces behind Indie's, where quality, community and a good impact come together to create more than just a pizza.

At Indie's, we stand firmly for quality. Each ingredient is thoughtfully sourced from local farmers and artisans. With our handcrafted dough and our wood fired oven, each pizza is a labour of love.

Our Mission

Driven by our love for pizza and a desire to share it with the world, we embarked on a journey to bring our vision to life. It all started with a mission to break away from the conventional fast food approach to pizza and instead, craft something meaningful and delicious.

We believe that food has the power to bring people together, hence our trailer is more than just a mobile kitchen, it’s a hub for connection and fellowship. Whether you’re a pizza enthusiast or casual diner, everyone is welcome at our table.

But perhaps more importantly, we want to challenge the notion that pizza is merely a guilty pleasure or a quick belly fix. By elevating the pizza experience, we aim to inspire you to see it not just as a meal, but a celebration of good food and good company.
